We offer Reformer Pilates only. This is a full-body workout using a spring-based machine that adds resistance and support.

Do I need prior experience to join a class?

Not at all! We welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors will guide you through the movements and offer modifications as needed.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons. Grip socks (Sold at the studio) are usually recommended (or required) for safety and hygiene.

How often should I do Pilates?

For best results, 2–3 times per week is ideal, but even one session a week can offer noticeable benefits. Consistency is key.

Can Pilates help with back pain or injuries?

Yes, when practiced correctly and under the guidance of a trained instructor, Pilates can support injury recovery and relieve back pain by improving core strength and alignment. Always consult your doctor first if you have a medical condition.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance as class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or loss of session credit.

How long is a typical class?

Most classes are 50–60 minutes long. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and get settled.

What equipment do I need to bring?

We provide a towel, a water bottle and all necessary equipment. Just bring yourself.
